Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Secure Packaging

Carefully wrap your pottery in its original protective cushioning to prevent breakage during transit, as items must arrive in resalable condition.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it securely to the outside of your parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
